Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or cancellation at our discretion.

Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits go toward the total cost of the service. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the allowed notice period, your deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Permanent Makeup & Cosmetic Tattoo Services

Clients must be at least 18 years old for all permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo services. Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and healing process. Touch-ups may be required to maintain desired results.

By receiving services, clients acknowledge they have reviewed all pre-care and aftercare instructions and understand the risks associated with cosmetic procedures.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before services begin. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, specials, and package deals cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Service packages are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period.

All website content, images, branding, logos, text, and materials are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, improper aftercare, or unsatisfactory healed results due to individual skin types or client negligence. By using our services, you agree to release our business from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
