Deposit Requirement
A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments at IO Beauty NH. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received. Deposits may only be transferred one time to a future appointment.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Card on File Authorization
A valid card may be required to remain on file for booking purposes. By scheduling an appointment, clients authorize IO Beauty NH to charge applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances in accordance with salon policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a new deposit before booking future appointments.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the total service price. If the payment method on file is declined or unsuccessful, the outstanding balance must be paid before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on availability. Arriving excessively late may be considered a cancellation and may result in the loss of the deposit.
Service-Specific Deposits
Certain services, including permanent makeup, lash services, brow services, nail services, and other specialty treatments, may require additional preparation, aftercare, or approval prior to the appointment. Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by IO Beauty NH.

Repeat Cancellations
Clients with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay for services in full at the time of booking or may be restricted from online scheduling.
Refund Policy
All services, deposits, and completed treatments are non-refundable. If a client has concerns regarding a service, they must contact IO Beauty NH within a reasonable timeframe so the issue may be reviewed.
