Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your appointment time and go toward your scheduled service.

Services

All completed services are final sale and non-refundable. Because beauty, cosmetic, and permanent makeup services are personalized and results vary by individual, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we may review the concern and determine whether an adjustment or correction appointment is appropriate.

Permanent Makeup Services

Healed results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, and other individual factors. Additional touch-ups may be required and are not included unless otherwise stated.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact healed results and void eligibility for adjustments.

Packages & Memberships

Service packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates apply where stated.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Retail Products

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a specified timeframe, subject to management approval. Opened or used products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients who cancel outside the required notice period, arrive excessively late, or fail to attend scheduled appointments may forfeit their deposit and may be charged a cancellation fee.
